Sustainable Merch for a Healthier Planet
Our Promise
Whether it’s one t-shirt or one thousand, we’re committed to building a more responsible merch platform no matter the scale.
LOWEST MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Do more, make less
Our approach moves away from traditional minimum order requirements so there’s no excess inventory, zero overproduction waste, and minimal startup costs. It’s a more efficient, flexible, and responsibility way to produce and sell merch.
DTG vs. The World
Printing with love
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is used for the majority of our orders. Think of it like a high-quality inkjet printer for apparel perfect for detailed, custom designs. It’s scalable across global locations, allowing your merch to be produced close to your fans without sacrificing quality. DTG offers excellent colour accuracy, uses water-based inks that are less harmful to the environment, and maintains consistency wherever it’s printed.
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is perfect for small batches, one-of-a-kind pieces, or detailed designs with gradients and fine lines. With minimal setup required, it allows you to launch new artwork quickly and affordably without the risk of overproduction or unnecessary waste.
Global & Local
Lowering emissions
On-demand is good. On-demand and local is better. By producing merch in hubs located near your customers, we significantly reduce shipping distances and emissions. Thanks to the Service Stash Group’s global production network, your merch reaches fans faster, responsibility more efficiently, and with a lighter environmental impact.
This decentralized model reduces customs delays and strengthens local economies. It’s a smarter, more sustainable way to grow your brand globally without sacrificing speed or quality. Each order is fulfilled closer to its destination, cutting down on waste and increasing efficiency.

Sourcing
Unrivalled material standards
Service Stash Group is committed to sourcing raw materials in a way that supports sustainable development, preserves ecosystems, and respects human rights. All raw materials must comply with both local and international regulations. They must not lead to environmental degradation or the use of endangered species. Our goal is to build an ethical and transparent supply chain that values people, planet, and future impact.
We prioritize traceability and work closely with suppliers to ensure responsible practices at every stage. By focusing on renewable, recycled, and responsibly sourced materials, we aim to reduce our environmental footprint and promote long-term sustainability. This commitment is embedded in everything we do from fiber to final product.
Recycled Polyester
Closing the loop
The polyester used in our garments is fully recycled, with the same durability, strength, and moisture resistance as virgin polyester. Recycled polyester is produced from post-consumer waste, such as PET bottles, helping to reduce plastic pollution and prevent waste from ending up in landfills.
Organic Cotton
Responsibly cultivated
The cotton used in our garments is 100% organic. Choosing organic cotton benefits the environment in multiple ways it eliminates the use of chemical pesticides and insecticides, helps improve soil quality, lowers greenhouse gas emissions, and supports greater biodiversity. It also improves the health and working conditions of cotton growers, making it a better choice from farm to finished product.
