Content Policy 
This Content Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for all content created and submitted by you (“Creator”) on any third-party branded e-commerce store operated via the Drapize platform (“Store” or “Service”). When you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you also agree to follow this Content Policy.

All content you upload (“Creator Content”) must comply with these standards. Drapize may update this policy at any time, and we reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any content or account that violates it — temporarily or permanently. This policy works alongside the Drapize Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property Rights
Any content you submit must be your own work or something you have full rights to use. You must not copy someone else’s designs, artwork, or creations unless you’ve obtained clear permission. It is your responsibility to ensure your submissions do not infringe on copyright, design, or trademark rights.

If your design is based on a concept or idea similar to someone else’s, you must create your version independently. When in doubt, it’s best to seek legal advice before submitting content. Trademarked elements must only be used if you are authorized to do so.

Legal Compliance
Your content must not break any laws in the countries where your products are sold or shipped. It’s your duty to ensure all designs follow applicable legal and regulatory requirements, regardless of destination. If you’re unsure whether your content is compliant, we strongly recommend consulting legal professionals.

Restricted and Inappropriate Content
We do not permit content that promotes or expresses hate, violence, or intolerance toward any group or individual based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, nationality, or other protected traits. We also do not allow content that includes hate symbols, slurs, or degrading imagery.

Content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, criminal acts, war, cruelty, torture, or suicide is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to incite or glorify these actions — visually or through messaging — will be removed.

References to Nazism, including symbols like swastikas, depictions of Adolf Hitler, or affiliations with banned or unconstitutional organizations (such as those restricted by the German government), are strictly forbidden.

Designs that promote or glamorize the use of illegal drugs are not allowed.

Explicit nudity, graphic sexual content, or objectification of individuals will not be tolerated. This includes sexually suggestive imagery, innuendos, or depictions of sexual acts or genitalia.

Content involving or suggesting child exploitation in any form is strictly banned. This includes sexualized images of minors. A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18.

Any form of animal cruelty, violence, or sexual content involving animals is also not allowed.

We uphold democratic values and adhere to the principles outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Content that contradicts these values or promotes anti-democratic views may be rejected.
