Getting Started

Produce on demand is a production method where items are only made after they’ve been purchased.
It gives you the freedom to design as many product variations as you like, adapting quickly to different ideas or trends. Since nothing is produced until an order is placed, there’s no risk of overproduction—and no need for storage or pre-buying stock. help center

Cancel or Modify an Order
Because all products are made to order, we’re usually unable to cancel or change your order once it’s been placed—it’s sent to our operator almost immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact our Support Team right away via the Contact form. We’ll do our best to help if timing allows.
Changing the Shipping Address
There’s a short window to update your address. Reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible, and we’ll check if changes can still be made. While we’ll try to accommodate, we can’t guarantee it once the order is in production.
Changing the Product
Since each item is custom-made, there’s limited time to switch to a different product. If you’d like to make a change, contact our Support Team immediately. We’ll check if it’s still possible, but please note there’s no guarantee due to the fast production process.
Yes, however we have the lowest minimum order requirements for bulk orders of products. We’re built to scale with you, offering flexibility without limitations.
Garments

We manufacture our blanks under our own brand, Canvas Blanks – giving us full control over fit, fabric makeup, details, and quality, while offering a unified collection worldwide. We develop the blanks from fibre through spinning, construction, and finishing to ensure they’re ideal for customization. Our dyeing process prevents staining and discoloration.
Our garments are white labelled, giving you a clean base to apply your own artwork and branding. Internal labeling is kept minimal, with nothing visible from the front of the garment.
Size labels are placed in the inside shoulder seam to avoid interfering with neck prints. However, in some older collections, the size label may be found on the care label in the side seam, or in rare cases, as a sticker on the garment.
Sustainability

We’ve replaced the idea of minimum order quantities with a demand-driven model. Your merch is only printed when a customer places an order, so there’s no need to carry inventory. This approach eliminates overproduction, reduces waste, and involves no upfront investment.
Producing on demand is great—producing on demand close to your customers is even better. As part of the Service Stash Group, we use its global production network to produce merch nearer to your fans. This reduces emissions and speeds up delivery—a win for both people and the planet.
At Drapize, all merch is printed on our exclusive fashion label made with 100% organic cotton and recycled polyester. Because we manage the entire supply chain, we can ensure high quality and optimal performance for on-demand printing. Your fans receive premium merch by default.
All orders are shipped in recyclable, reusable packaging. Over 50 thousand packages have been shipped—bringing us closer to a greener future.
Our manufacturing hubs use advanced Kornit Atlas printers, known for top-tier image reproduction and durability. They run on Kornit’s Neopigment ink—an eco-friendly, water-based formulation with high white opacity and vibrant color performance.
When you create merch with Drapize Industries, you benefit from the Service Stash Group’s sustainability investments.
Our carefully selected production partners are aligned with our values around quality, energy use, and responsible resource management. Together, we strive to make a positive impact through every product we create.
